Abstract
In view of the existing image acquisition system's large size, high power consumption, inability to adapt to the resource-constrained environments, and the collected video images with high noise, low brightness, blurred details, etc., a low-light visual processing system based on the domestic embedded chip RV1126 was designed. The system used IMX415 photosensitive chip as the video capture front-end, DDR4(double data rate 4) as the running memory, EMMC(embedded MultiMediaCard) as the data storage, and RV1126 as the system main control. Taking advantage of the characteristics of embedded parallel processing, an image processing module was designed, which used median filtering, exposure gain and image sharpening to process image according to the characteristics of the image under low light, and then the image was transmited to the display module for real-time display. By comparing the quality indicators of the images before and after processing, the experimental results show that this system can significantly improve the image quality, especially under low light conditions, the processed images are significantly improved compared to the original images. The system has the advantages of small size, low power consumption and strong processing capability. It can achieve efficient low-light image acquisition and processing in resource-constrained environments and meet the practical application needs.
