90°视向角D型硬性咽喉内窥镜系统设计

90° angle of view D-type rigid throat endoscope system design

  • 摘要: 基于国内外圆管喉镜在临床使用中因接触喉部而产生异物感的问题,提出一种在不影响成像前提下符合人体工学的D型机械结构,设计并制造了一款用于喉部检查的医疗硬性D型内窥镜。设计的内窥镜系统提高了物镜的相对孔径,并采用一种与其匹配的中继系统,全视场角为60°,视向角为90°,中继系统采用双远心结构,工作长度为170 mm,内窥镜系统的像方分辨率在94 lp/mm处,MTF大于0.2。当物距为10 mm时,物方分辨率为52.58 lp/mm,物方角分辨率为11.45 c/(°)。实验测试结果表明:设计的内窥镜在减少与喉部接触面积的条件下,可提供清晰的图像,满足预期指标和实际使用需求。

     

    Abstract: Based on the problem of foreign body sensation caused by contact with the larynx in clinical use of round tube laryngoscopes at home and abroad, an ergonomic D-type mechanical structure was proposed without affecting imaging, and a medical rigid D-type endoscope for laryngeal examination was designed and manufactured. The relative aperture of the objective lens was improved by the designed endoscope system, and a matching relay system was designed, with a full field of view angle of 60° and a viewing angle of 90°, and the relay system adopted a double telecentric structure with a working length of 170 mm. The image square resolution of the endoscope system is 94 lp/mm, and the MTF is greater than 0.2. When the object distance is 10 mm, the object square resolution is 52.58 lp/mm, and the object square angular resolution is 11.45 c/(°). Experimental tests show that the designed endoscope can provide clear imaging under the condition of reducing the contact area with the larynx, which meets the expected indicators and actual use needs.
